John Arnold – Chief Operating Officer
John's current projects include: Owner and C.O.O. of A&M Management, partner of Redrock Canyon Grill, majority member of Deano's Grill & Tapworks/Greystone Steak & Seafood/Oak & Pie, & board of directors for the Kansas Restaurant Association. John studied finance at the University of Oklahoma from 1994-1998 & began his career with Hal Smith Restaurant group. He started at Charleston's in Oklahoma & became the managing partner of Redrock Canyon Grill in Wichita from 2001-2014. Redrock was the first 4-fork restaurant in the Wichita eagle 2001, rated best dessert in Wichita 2010, best martini in Wichita 2012, & reader's choice restaurant of the year 2004/2009/2012/2013 in the Wichita Eagle. John was the 2013 Chairman of the board for the Kansas Restaurant Association. He was also the Legend Award winner for partner of the year Hal Smith Restaurant Group. Deano's Grill & Tapworks was Wichita Business Journal's 2016 Best Sports Bar in Wichita, KS. Greystone Steak & Seafood won "Diner's Choice" awards with Open Table 2015/2016/2017. John & his wife, Darla, reside in Wichita with their two daughters.
Lauren Irwin – Corporate Officer
Lauren began working in the restaurant industry in 2001 as an opening staff member of Redrock Canyon Grill & continued throughout graduate school. She is a licensed therapist in the state of Kansas. Lauren's expertise lies in branding, continuing education, & investor relations. Lauren is a partner in Deano's Grill & Tapworks, Greystone Steak & Seafood, & Oak & Pie. Lauren & Tim Irwin reside in Wichita, Kansas with their daughter & son.
