Daniele has been with A&M from the very beginning — opening Deano’s Grill and Tapworks in 2013 and has not looked back since! She started as a host and has climbed the ladder over the years to her current position, Director of Training. Knowing the importance of hospitality and having whole knowledge of the job, Daniele is equipped to develop all future teammates! Outside of work, Daniele enjoys spending time and making special memories with her family (Welcomed their first child, Kai in June 2023!) and their 2 dogs Junior and Jax!
