Lauren began working in the restaurant industry in 2001 as an opening staff member of Redrock Canyon Grill & continued throughout graduate school. She is a licensed therapist in the state of Kansas. Lauren’s expertise lies in branding, continuing education, & investor relations. She is the self-appointed MOMager of the group, head memory maker, and chief energy raiser. Lauren is a forever partner in all A & M restaurants. Lauren & TimBo Irwin reside in Wichita, Kansas with their children (Joella (JoeJoe), Anderson (Juice), and Kipling (Kippy Boi)) and small zoo.
