Sarah Bryant: Director of “store compliance” and “developing future teammates.” Sarah’s passionate about providing high-quality service to guests while deep belly-laughing. In 2002, Sarah started her career working at Old Chicago and has been hooked ever since. She worked in every position (& partied with Wichita’s best people). A & M brought Sarah on in 2015. Her passion for good ol’ Kansas hospitality and love for the industry beams in her more than ever. Life has taken her far from her degrees in biology and teaching. “Dear Teenage Sarah, being a zookeeper was not your passion after all.” Sarah & her husband, JR, reside in Valley Center with their teenage football-obsessed son, fancy five-year-old daughter, Frenchie, tortoise, and practically “live-in” tribe of a family.
