Front of House Manager

Pay and Benefits:

$40,000+ Salary

45-55 hours per week, will be required to work some nights and weekends.

Meal comp plan that can be utilized at all A&M concepts, up to $250 every 4 weeks

2 weeks of paid vacation

We are closed on Easter, 4^th of July, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day for our employees to spend time with their families

Semi-Annual Town Hall Meetings – where your opinions on the restaurant can be heard

Responsibilities:

Aggressively passionate person who follows the Dale Carnegie principles of ‘How to Win Friends and Influence People’.

Must be able to work shifts over 8 hours if necessary and stand for long periods of time

FOH Staff Scheduling/ FOH Labor under 3%

Liquor Orders/ Liquor Cost under 26%

Follow Safe Alcohol Service

Take Inventory bi-weekly

FOH Cleanliness and Organization

Office Responsibilities / Cash Handling

Employee Hiring and Training

Supervision of back of house staff and maintenance

Ability to run all front of house positions – hostess, server assistant, server, bartender, expediter

Certified Safe Bar and Serve Safe (during employment with us, we will help you get these certifications)

Ability to be a LEADER/ communication skills
