Senior Kitchen Manager

Pay and Benefits:

$48,000 annual salary

45-55 hours per week, will be required to work some nights and weekends

Meal comp plan that can be utilized at all A&M concepts, up to $250 every 4 weeks

2 weeks of paid vacation

Semi-Annual Town Hall Meetings – where your opinions on the restaurant can be heard

Responsibilities:

Kitchen Staff Schedule/ Kitchen Labor under 10%

Food Orders/ Food Cost under 33%

Take Inventory bi-weekly

Kitchen Cleanliness and Organization

Build Books/Recipe Books continuously updated, new items approved by A&M

Completion on the kitchen book daily by the scheduled staff

Ability to run all stations and prep in the kitchen

Ability to be a LEADER/ communication skill
